PSA Project Management has over 35 years of successful experience in the provision of Program to Project Management, specialising in the core of Project Planning and Monitoring. PSA's Program Management methodology is proven through the global PM sponsorship of our PhD Project Action Research Award.

Starting out in 1985 when Project Management was still largely unheard of, PSA Project Management recognised the success of projects being successful only through a sound Project Plan being developed, then closely monitored, reported and engaged by the whole team.

This led us to developing our own training courses for the industry and educational institutions, mentoring and educating others in the value of project management and the fundamentals of planning.

Carl has extensive experience working in both the commercial and non-profit fields and brings a wealth of experience and energy to our team. Carl comes to us from well known advisory firm Pitcher Partners in Melbourne, who look after financial, management, and project consulting for some of Australia's largest private businesses.
